Legally do you think anything can be done about cloning? I am facing a horrible case of it from a decent sized studio: similar name, icon, screenshots, description, gameplay, UI, and level design... I own no trademarks or copyrights though.

I am a solo developer with fairly popular line of mobile games. A company is copying my games with similar Game Name, UI, Icon, Screenshots, Description, Level Design and obviously gameplay. I have no patents or copyrights, is there anything I can do legally? Is it worth my time/money? What should I do?
