@MacAttack: don't even speak if you have no idea of how Trademark laws work. This isn't even close to being a frivolous lawsuit, companies are required to protect their trademarks for a multitude of reasons.

@sam4sb: Italian satellite TV is awesome though, plenty of great channels that offer everything from american shows to cult classics from around the world. I miss Sky Italia compared to what I have here in Canada
