You have to remember though, Sony’s expertise is hardware making. It’s not really their business to question the trend of game development, at least not openly. It would be like a canvas maker saying “I think modern artwork has become stale”.

This show has definitely been the black horse this season. The queer undertone can be fanservice-y at times, but the homoerotic relationship is used to explore and develop the characters rather than just eye-candy.
