Inability to download MP3s to the Media Library outside the Apple iUniverse.

@Clashwerk: Doesn't the latest version of Remote support AirPlay? This is from the What's New in 2.1 description: "AirPlay video support to control iTunes on your computer to stream videos to an Apple TV"

@tonyola: Isn't that what rolling encrypted codes is supposed to prevent?

An iPad? What the crap? Used to be I had a manservant for all those things! And ordering food? What's wrong with yelling, "Boy!"

@psychiccheese: I was actually gonna say the exact opposite. If you've already got a music stand, why would you need one of these?

@zeroprime: If you wanna get technical about it, Mac OS X applications are actually directories that end in .app. The OS sees it as a single "bundle." For example, many OS X developers been referring to terminal.app for years now.

@Fanboy: Indie developers. That's what I meant. Shareware? Geez I'm old!

@vinod1978: It'll also be a success because many people don't even look at shareware apps or anything outside of big retail apps like Microsoft Office.

So where does the access end? If you have apps on your phone does that give them the right to essentially access every single data item you've got in the cloud as well?

@JesusDeSaad: But barring an apocalypse, when will we ever be without our tools? Why do I need to memorize 65000 lines if it's nearly instantly available nearly everywhere on the planet?

@Scaramanga: Quite possibly Not Invented Here syndrome. Also a Korean company joining up with a consortium of primarily Japanese companies?

Exclusives. That's the only time I go with Apple over Amazon. In addition to extra songs on some albums, Apple regularly has recordings of their live shows at the Soho store and other extras.

@snownpaint1: Really not the same thing though. This is an LCD overlay giving you a full histogram and other custom data while still having an optical viewfinder.

Well you kinda have to have FTL travel for any movie that ventures out of the solar system. The alternative is a cut scene with the caption "50000 years later".

I wonder if it's possible to do video like this?

@deuxhero: exactly. that's why I think it's funny when the security nerds call people stupid for using the password "password". you can pretty much assume that those are the people who knew enough that 1) losing control of your gasket account isn't that big a deal and 2) they're probably not gonna be using "password"

@KeeganGwar: I dunno but someone hacked an old account of mine to post some complaints and it only got banned.

@jpaugh: Does Android spec out a standard connector?

@Saboth: Haha yeah. It's like those cool concept devices that get everyone excited then you realize it's either not functional or a one-off and never gonna see the light of day.

Is there really any need for a full Retina display on the iPad? On the iPhone it makes the tiny text readable so you don't necessarily have to zoom in to read as much. On the iPad, everything's already full size.
