It depends on the player. Not everyone is or wants to be a PC gamer. I don’t know the specs of my PC, and I don’t care to know them. I also spend most of my day at a desk in front of a computer. When I game I want to sit on my couch with my feet up in front of my large TV. Yes, I know I could connect a PC to my TV,

I’m not a pop music person, but I’m quite surprised Katy Perry’s catalog would be worth that much money. The cost of that transaction indicates the buyer thinks her music will have significant value for a long time. I kind of thought her moment had passed. Maybe I’m wrong.

I 100% agree with you on that.

Their experienced workers aren’t middle class? UAW workers are among the best-paid factory workers in the country. On top of pay, healthcare benefits are extremely generous (for the US).

I pay about $220/month in premiums for my family plan. Beyond that it is a high deductible plan. My family just hit our $4k deductible for the year, so the plan will actually start paying for something. Lucky us. To be clear I want our union workforce to earn their fair share, but I can’t imagine my healthcare costs

I definitely did not work for any company that paid 100% of healthcare costs. I am a salaried employee at one of the Detroit 3, and I certainly pay way more than 3% of my family’s costs.

You fail to mention that UAW workers pay around 3% of their total healthcare costs. That’s a huge value. Look at what most of us pay and try and figure out how much of your real income would increase if you only had to pay 3% of your healthcare costs.

There was a time, not too long ago, when a good manufacturing job meant you were set for life. In Michigan, especially, an auto job meant you were able to feed your family, send them to college, and retire with dignity. After decades of steep concessions however designed to keep automakers afloat during radically

You forgot the healthcare. While I think the American healthcare system is a disgrace and I support single payer, government run healthcare, we currently have to live in the system that exists today. UAW workers pay something like 3% of their total healthcare costs. I’m a salaried employee at one of the D3, and I’m

I’m willing to bet there will be more disorderly passengers (drunk or not) in the adult section than the all people section.

Fanboy is gonna fanboy.

Or be like me and the other 27 people who still buy CDs and rip them to our computers/phones.

That doesn’t look intuitive to me at all, as it is nothing like the mechanical door handle in any other car I have been in.

I recall reading this story back when it happened. Yes, there is always a way to get out of a car with electric doors. No, it isn’t always intuitive to figure out how to do so. There is honestly no good reason for that. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2015/06/11/texas-man-dog-die-trapped-corvette/7105347

I’ve preferred earlier dinners ever since becoming a parent. Our evenings just go so much smoother if we are done eating and cleaning up by 6:30. On the rare occasion we go out to dinner I do aim for getting to the restaurant around 5. Once you get settled in, order, and receive your food you are usually eating at

What do they (the non-Danny Masterson cast members) really have to answer for? Doing and saying stupid immature things ~25 years ago? Some of the things they said are definitely gross, but times have changed for the better, and who didn’t say/do stupid things when they were young. If I think back to some of the things

That video’s impact is undeniable, but I don’t know how anyone can continue to celebrate a disgusting pedophile.

When I saw the film title “Lee” I thought this might have actually been made.
