I understand that, but I’m not going to tip $5-10/day times 3 for a 3 day visit if they are only cleaning after I leave. At most I’ll tip the same I previously did for one night.

It’s rare for a hotel room to have spots to hang 4 towels so that they can properly dry. And no, I’m not using the shower curtain rod.

I disagree regarding towels. I have a family of 4, a standard hotel room usually has 4 bath towels. While I don’t change towels daily at home, hotel rooms usually have hooks, and the towels don’t usually dry completely in a day. They also usually provide the same number of washcloths, and I do change those every day…

In all honesty I’m less likely to tip post-pandemic, due to the lack of housekeeping services. Most chains seem to have made the covid safety policy of only cleaning the rooms after x number of days or upon request a permanent fixture. I understand this isn’t the fault of the cleaning staff, but when I stay somewhere…

I somehow never knew of the animated Street Fighter movie. I had...feelings for Chun Li when I was a kid. That clip reignites them a bit. 

Vital Farms are what I buy the majority of the time. Their farm cams are fun for my kids to watch.

I too have a 6 year old daughter and recently tried to play Kirby Star Allies with her. I had played it with her older brother when it was new and forgot that only P1 could be Kirby. This was a great disappointment to both of us.

I don’t really consider them better in a quality sense, I purely do it out of animal welfare concerns. Sure the yolks look more vibrant, but I’ve read numerous blind taste tests that show there isn’t actually a difference in the flavor. The problem there is that it’s nearly impossible to convince people to buy things they don’t want. All things being equal, most consumers want the largest vehicle they can afford. As far as having a larger gasoline car for longer trips and other miscellaneous uses, who wants to be responsible for the cost of ownership…

Yet company after company is trying to drag their employees back into the office. I work for one of them. 

Because if more people did that it would mean fewer cars would need to be produced, which wouldn’t use as many resources. I’m not suggesting that’s the route we should take, just pointing out that there is an argument to be made there. 

Cage-free, free-range, and name brands are going to be more expensive than the most generic, store brand option on the shelves.

For a garbage disposal I just pour a decent amount of baking soda in followed by a decent amount of white vinegar, and let it soak for a bit. In my experience it works better at deodorizing than citrus peels.

I really wonder if there is any evidence to back this up. I never do it, and never have issues. There is also the fact that the metal is certainly harder than ice cubes, I’m not sure how they would sharpen anything. 

I’m a big fan of the original series, but I have little hope that this will be any good. The chemistry between the original cast is what made Frasier work, I just can’t imagine them recreating that here. Having Freddy become essentially a young version of Martin also seems ill-advised. 

I don’t remember Rebecca getting a spinoff.
