And it's something we did naturally for many many years, before Nike and Reebok decided our feet weren't good enough for us, and decided to redesign the foot.

We also sound like zealots drinking the barefoot Kool-aid because we've gotten used to fending off all the questions people ask us when they see them, and it's just become an automatic spiel.

See previous comments above about a friend of mine first selling, then owning, then buying more of a set. He told me about the improvements on the new stuff when I was lamenting my lack of decent knives and how I look forward to getting some when I move out next year. And when my boyfriend was thinking about joining

One word: kids.

Oh, they exist. I can't tell you how I know that though.

Hi, I'm a Fandroid.

They've actually upgraded their product, and their practices. You no longer have to buy the sample set, but you do have to return it if you don't make any sales in X amount of time. Plus they have (apparently) changed the plastic used in the handles; it's now the same type used in dishwashers. So if your dishwasher

I have a friend with several Cutco knives and he's thoroughly happy with them. I've tried using one myself, and they're comfortable to use and very sharp... I've pushed the steak knife straight down through a thick tough steak without any sawing. The scissors can cut through solid bone (we helped a friend process

Anyone out there familiar with Cutco knives at all? I've heard them compared to Wüsthof, but I've never used Wüsthof so I have no basis of comparison.

I've been heavily disappointed with my Kinect. The only games I have for it that I actually play are Dance Central and Child of Eden... It has so much potential, but there's not much in the way of real entertainment value.

Ooohhhh, good catch. Very sneaky, I didn't notice that the first few times I looked at it. Just goes to show, you can't believe the "facts", no matter how pretty the charts and presentations are.

This assumes that my hours at work are limited by my driving time. I don't know about you, but I've yet to find a job that will just let me work overtime willy-nilly just because I have spare time. I get a set schedule at work, 40 hours a week. Driving doesn't subtract from that, and a lack of driving doesn't add

I'm sorry, I call BS on the numbers here. The reason?

Good to know... I wonder what IS in them that sets my nose off so much? I always assumed it had to be preservatives because it just smells like heavy chemicals to me.

Aloe is great, you just can't kill it. My mom used to grow aloe, and it just kept flourishing, and putting up little aloe plants, until we had pots all over the house and were giving them away as gifts. You can also cut off a tendril, split it with a knife, and lay it on a burn as a poultice, and the plant just

I suck at video games.

Costco also has some really good generic Pop Tarts, and in fact I'll eat them before I even think about touching the name brand ones, because they're organic and don't reek of preservatives.

I've seen both of these too. A friend of mine was trying to get an oil spill stain off her concrete porch and tried several brands of dish soap, but Dawn was the only one that worked, and worked well. For most dishes I'll use any old thing, but if you're using it for a greasy mess, I'd go Dawn every time.
