The only quarterback with multiple super bowl wins who isn’t in the Hall of Fame is Jim Plunkett, with half the yards passing Manning already has. I just think it’s going to be difficult overall to say he doesn’t make it, especially given that they were two super bowls that people will watch on NFL films in 20 years.

7-9 gets you nowhere, and you get a worthless draft pick. 2-14 means you get to skip watching on Sundays (I’m enjoying taking my kid out for bike rides,) and you get a decent draft pick.

0-16 is the worst. Just below .500 is enough to keep you paying attention far too long, and the outcome is profoundly mediocre.

It’s apparently something to do with how they shed heat, and they can damage their internal organs by running without pause. I think sled dogs would be more suited to running tremendously long distances, but they too can be run to fatal exhaustion, apparently.
