Goodnight Mommy is great! It isn't overly ponderous and pretentious like the other 3 films mentioned, just straight-up tense and suspenseful.

Kinda like when The Shallows opened and got better reviews than Free State of Jones, Neon Demon and uh…Independence Day: Resurgence. Studio horror has been surprisingly on point this year.

I agree completely, Hush was great. Very suspenseful, doesn't wear out its welcome, and the victim actually uses her brain. Definite recommend.

Agreed, it wasn't a good look at all, I guess I'm just shocked at how swift and visceral some fan reactions have been, considering there's only a handful of queens that are almost universally adored and Alaska is generally considered to be one of them (Bianca, Katya, Latrice, Raven are a few that come to mind). I have

Girl, come on…you know that's not how the 5G's go :)

I'm so over all this tantrum bullshit. It was the first time Alaska was really ever in danger of being eliminated, across 2 seasons. I'm not surprised she cracked. Yes, I cringed as she started going on about Paypal accounts, but lets cut the bitch some slack. One diva moment over 20 episodes of a TV show that thrives

It's a great shot, but probably not bong-hit appropriate:

Born This Way…really? I love Gaga, but that was a cheap Madonna phone-in made in less than 5 minutes. If that song is really what you consider the high-water mark in pop music of the last few decades then I feel you're missing out on some great music.

Disney execs have actually recently stated that they are whole-heartedly pursuing a "tentpole strategy", with less emphasis on the smaller films on their slate.

They fucked with the Indy franchise so bad that Crystal Skull grossed $750million dollars worldwide. I'm not trying to defend that film, it was total garbage and insulting to the fans, but let's not pretend like studios don't regularly fuck around with beloved properties and make a ton of cash out of it.

You can add Passengers to the list, also out this December.

My guess is they'll reveal which queen Tati picked to go home on the next episode, to fuel the drama.

She impressed me throughout American Horror Story and especially in The People vs. OJ Simpson. Considering some of the batshit insane storylines on AHS, I think she did a great job. She's one of the main reasons I tune into that show every season. I see your point about histrionics, but on a Ryan Murphy show I

The last one underperformed in the US, but still made more than a billion dollars worldwide. Now to go cry myself to sleep :(

Just rewatched it a few days ago, definitely Jay Mohr who silently mouths it. None of the other characters really use the command, unless you count Taye Diggs yelling "Go, go, go" to that Aussie idiot at the Vegas stripclub.

If you watched Untucked, there were many instances of Kim Chi throwing some serious shade at the other girls. Love her to bits, but damn that girl is a secret little shit-stirrer. I gagged at her Pit Crew diss.

LOL

Dida did slay that Natalie Cole LSFYL though.

To me it seems like Betty is trying too hard to be this season's Bianca…except the bitch ain't funny and has none of the compassion and warmth.

I'm over Derrick…but I feel there's some trouble brewing between her and Acid Betty which I cannot wait to see played out. For all of Betty's creativity, she is one sour bitch and needs to be shown the door. I could stand it the first few episodes, but this week's Untucked put me in full-on hate-mode. If Derrick is
