I work in a very quiet office, so I'll take (what appears to be) the minority position here in the comments: If you work in a quiet workplace and eat lunch at your desk, these bags are ABSURDLY loud!

Anyone old enough to remember DAK catalogs? I think Drew Kaplan's company was the first place I saw X10 stuff as a kid. Always found it interesting, but have never explored further...

I'm still holding onto a DJ Hero from last Christmas, waiting for the retail price to drop below the retailers' 'return without receipt' threshold (currently $60, I think). It's like, the most inconvenient giftcard ever. But the thought really was nice.

@Adam: If you have wi-fi where it matters, I concur!

@mrm: What if you DIDN'T combine them, but the talk/text phone was only $1/mo.?

@GustavoSM: Right! The poll is missing critical info, that is, what would this talk/text-only phone cost me, per mo?

@Panhandler: Ugh. Reading my own text - that came off more snarky and jerkish than I meant it. Note to self: Don't use bad words; remember to use smiley.

@Thalantas: People who say 'yes' might also be asking "How much per month?" Because I'd be happy to carry a $0/mo. Touch and a $20/mo. all-you-can-talk/text phone. In other words, it's a sh!tty poll because it lacks significant information.

At least they're allowed in after being ogled (or whatever is being implied here). In our fine United States, you get refused entry for the underwire, take off your bra in the ladies', then get refused entry for failure to wear a bra.

Let me know when Apple cuts a deal with the Southeastern Conference and/or the Sugar Bowl.

@im2fools: I just choked on my soda. 100 cocktails to you, sir.

@MisterStegs: I had an antenna-only setup all summer, and I got my sports fix on over-the-air networks. Now that college football is back, I've had to go back to Comcast.

@acidrain69: Some would suggest that the line between the Bureaucracy and the corporations that have captured it is, for all intents and purposes, invisible. Hence my use of a hybrid term combining "Government" with "Inc." (And certainly not my invention; it was the name of a Washington Post blog I used to enjoy: [vo

@acidrain69: I just said this on Twitter; I'll say it here too. I think Jobs now sees local storage the way he sees wires - something to try and get rid of, when possible. Local storage allows hacking AND the users' ability to enjoy media without being carefully monitored by Government, Inc. Mustn't have that!

It's gonna be new guitar lessons in GarageBand. BOOOORING.

@Feetsthss: Thinking mobile app alerting users to the nearest pork nachos. A mini-Yelp, dedicated to the One True Food.
