I would argue that all prime flight times should have a childfree option. In reality, the vast majority of weekday air travel is business travel; that’s where the airlines make the bulk of their money. It is incredibly frustrating to try and edit proposals while a screaming kid keeps trying to invade your space.

Honestly, I am kind of surprised that airlines haven’t seized on minor free flights. I generally find flying very pleasant, EXCEPT for kids, and most businessfolk I know feel the same. 21+ cinemas are awesome, why not flights?

I can assure you 100% that you can ABSOLUTELY hear obnoxious kids from first class. Unless you are flying international business or first it’s not exactly separated.
