“We don’t play that Nigger (the long nasty version) music over here. We only play country and rock music”.

“ethnic intimidation” = “being non-white around someone who is terrified of everyone who is not white”. It’s like an agoraphobe trying to sue the outdoors for being there.

I’m from Knoxville and while it’s definitely not at all what it was like when I was growing up, UT keep it more even keeled racially than basically anywhere in a 20 mile radius of Knoxville.

Ya’ll must have gotten a hold of an edited video, cause the real video would have followed that with:

We aren’t flattening the curve where I live.

Oh, are we honoring hundred year old government agreements with the people?!

You can respect and appreciate all  involved and still think this was idiotic and absurd. It was a bad decision. It looked inauthentic and ridiculous. Most black folks don’t even celebrate kwanzaa, what the fuck do kente stoles have to do with justice in policing? They’d have been better off wearing pins or t-shirts

His writing also deeply intellectual, peppered with cited sources, and full of genuinely interesting - and insightful - personal anecdotes and historical comparisons.

Mr Harriot’s posts always pull the most disingenuous imbeciles out from under their rocks with their deep thoughts. That sound you fucking morons hear is not reflection, it’s pity when we stopped reading after 3 words, you sad fucking cowards in your red dunce caps.

I was just talking to my wife tonight how it feels like we don’t have a President right now. I miss Obama so much. He actually had compassion for people. You could tell he wanted to help people, to make people feel like things are going to be ok. Trump....is just....

I remember when Lifehacker would teach the audience how to set up a Linux-based media server on an old laptop or something. Stuff that required actual work and thinking and left you with a sense of minor accomplishment. Those days are long gone.

Are the writers here just bored anymore? Doctor of opinions over here trying to fluff that paycheck. Imagine thinking using periods right now in the world is an issue that warrants this type of write up...
