At some point, the basic PS4 got upgraded as well. The Destiny special edition PS4 had physical buttons just like the Pro. The Slim has physical buttons as well, although they are a different style.

Oh, nothing like that, I think we bought it at Cosco after the last thing collapsed from age. I’m not even sure I realized it had doors when we bought it.  :)

I’ve got one that’s got doors on the front and then the back just has a 2" hole in the... whatever the thin stuff you put the nails through is. I eventually just took the doors off of the front because I have hot things in there and that tiny hole in the back isn’t adding any kind of cooling.

My 2003 Elantra had it as well.

I worked at a gas station I dunno 20ish years ago, and I think the funniest situation was the lady with the brand new Corvette. It was obvious where the gas tank was, but how the hell do you open it? The gas cap release was hidden in the bottom of the center console, which was locked. After scouring the car for like

I had an 86 Caprice with it hiding there as well. On one hand, I could go to any side. On the other, I hope nobody is at the pump in front or I won’t have room to pull that beast far enough forward.

I’ve never taken apart a console before, although I’ve built plenty of PCs in my time. If someone hadn’t said, “Hey, have you tried...?” then no, I wouldn’t have, and would’ve ended up just tossing my “busted” PS4 to buy a new one.

Now playing

There’s a million Youtube videos if you look. I can’t remember which one I even watched. It was a dude with an accent that I could barely understand, but I liked his video because he would pause and show a still shot and circle where all the screws were so I didn’t miss any. There’s like a zillion screws. Also, there

I lurve my DataVac!

I did it about a month ago to my Pro. It’s night and day. I’m convinced the old thermal paste wasn’t even touching the processor chip any more as it was one of those easy apply squares. I would boot up Trials of Mana, a very non-taxing game and instantly the fan would shoot to the highest speed it could go. I scraped

“Bugsnax is people!”

Considering I’d either have to leave my house or wait for one to ship to me, not so much.

Hahah, that was ridiculous, but it worked, thank you.

If I could get my PSN account to link to GoG, that would be great. Instead I just get “Connection to the server timed out” when I try to log in to PSN from the launcher. Same thing happened last time I tried to get the stupid thing to sync. I’m signed into Galaxy with every single other service, including Uplay where

What’s the difference between Settings>Update&Security>Windows Security>Device Performance & Health>Fresh Start and Settings>Update&Security>Recovery>Reset This PC? I’m just generally curious.

I think it looks cool, but if it only sits on the circular pad when it’s horizontal, it basically just becomes a giant fidget spinner every time I push the power or eject button. Although, I saw a mockup size comparison on one of these web pages, and my new fear is that it’s too wide to even fit in the bay on my

Use a USB POWERED Hub to power the camera and then you can use a cheaper USB extension since you’re only worried about the data (and not power) getting from the PC to the Hub. Personally, I’d probably get some kind of USB over CAT5E extender just to make sure the data officially reaches far enough. The unpowered CAT5E

I literally just started playing it this weekend. Spoilers man!

Copied from my other post:

The wording on the bundle itself specifically states, Please note: No Steam (or other external keys) will be given for bundle purchases. Only direct downloads will be available on the itch.io page. I don’t know if that’s normal or not for itch, I’ve never purchased anything there either.
