The Electric Sheep one reminds me of back in the day when I’d just put a random playlist on and stare at the Winamp visualizer. I even went to raves in the early 2000s where they’d just stream the audio through Winamp and pump the visualizer out to all the projectors in the space. Of course, I did all that while I was

Uh, Conan the Barbarian?

Only if you’re paying for Plus.  Stop paying and your cloud data goes byebye.

Meh, Square has a 30 year head start on that.

Just FYI, Miyazaki didn’t have anything to do with Grave of the Fireflies, that was written and directed by Takahata.

I use it to stream stuff out of my network over cell or whatever. If I know beforehand that I might want to watch/listen offline later there’s a simple Sync button that’s similar to Netflix’s Download or whatever. It’s also nice that it stores sync data on movies and stuff (start watching on one device, and keep

That’s good then, maybe it’ll start spreading back out to the suburbs again at some point sooner than later.

Unless you live in Atlanta where the waste companies no longer even take glass because there are no recycling plants locally.  All of our glass now goes straight into the trash.

Quicktrip, the gas station (yes I know) has a breakfast pizza slice that’s really good with sausage, crumbled bacon, scrambled egg, and white gravy replacing the sauce.

It’s got so many fun cameos like Nolan North and Michael Dorn as well.

She’s lived in Atlanta at this point longer than she was raised in Baltimore.  I’m pretty sure she left Baltimore before the Ravens even existed.  Yet she’s still damn obsessed with watching every stupid game.  I gave up on trying to logic it out.

Heh, did exactly this a year or two ago, trying to cut cable for football. I ended up having to buy a directional and put it in my attic, although Fox is still a little flaky. The leaf just wasn’t cutting it. And then it doesn’t matter anyway, because just local football isn’t good enough for my wife. We’ve spent most

Glad you guys got that far. I couldn’t ever get through the key activation.

So Chik-Fil-A has a frosted coffee now.  They put actual coffee in a cup, dump soft-serve on top of it, and blend it together.  In the end, it tastes like a stronger Jamoqua shake.  It’s not espresso, but it is what it is.

I went to a bunch of these in the early 90s with my mom’s boyfriend at the Cobb County Civic Center outside of Atlanta (there was always, and still is, a gun show the following weekend). He was an avid user of Usenet and collected all the WAREZ. I think the only thing I ever brought home was a copy of Return to Zork.

I didn’t play it for very long, because the strongest memory I have of it is that if you pick up the first characters you come across, the evil rogue and loony sorcerer, and then proceed to pick up Minsc and the paladin lady as you come across them next, and then just dick around for a while instead of advancing the

You can download free stuff without an account, just need it to pay for something, if you really want to for some reason.

The first game is very much a Zelda dungeon style game. Go into dungeon, get item, use item to kill boss, use item to unlock new places you couldn’t get to before, repeat. The icing is that it has GoW’s combat on top of that world design.

Came for the Samus, but the FMA and Mononoke stuff is fantastic.

This was one game where playing with a controller, even on PC, made a world of difference.  Using M+KB, you’d think it would be more precise, but it was actually harder to tell where you were targeting.
