We used to putter into low-sec and hang around a gate, with one nice fat heavily tanked battleship and a whole swarm of cloaked bombers, just to shoot the shit and see what would happen. We swore never to shoot first. I loved my little Hound.

Man, I read this during one of those binges where I can’t actually remember anything I read, is this what that book was about? :P

Working on Kingdoms of Amalur from my PS3 backlog. I like the little side quests that drag me all over the place.

They should put out a statement.  “Well our liquid evaporation physics are amazing.  If you want to see the puddle, you’ll have to hurry before it’s gone.”  That should rile some people up real good.

Based on the “Editor’s Notes,” Schreier pulled the short straw.

Ah, good deal.  I don’t know enough about either, not really a fighting game person, so I haven’t paid attention.

Funny part is, there’s another fighting game called Brawlout that has Juan and Hyper Light Drifter dude that came out last week. I’ve had these two games confused this whole time, didn’t realize there were two of them or that they were different games.

For those who want Squenix to make another Chrono Trigger, I just played FFXIII-2 and it’s a Chrono sequel in everything but name.  It’s also terrible, please don’t let them make anymore sequels to Chrono Trigger.

Basically, what if Chrono Trigger were done in the art style of Breath of Fire 3 / 4? I’d buy that for a dollar. Make a new IP and roll with that style. I will eat it up.

Not really a story, but a quick, amusing fact. St Croix in the Virgin Islands has left-hand driven American cars, but also drive on the left-hand side of the road as a leftover from British rule. It might have felt weirder had the roads not been almost totally desolate of people. It was all empty fields and goats. It’s

Finished...

I had to do the spreadsheet thing as well. Basically dumped everything I still had on PS3 (I missed a lot of time playing WoW to the detriment of everything else, as you guys discuss about other games) into Google sheets. Then I started crossing off things I bought because they were on sale or PS Plus and will never

I have a bunch of stupid stories

It appears to be on the same campus as their Atlanta HQ thing.  She was probably there on a business trip for the company, doubling down on why they let her go.

A vote for Nier. You can beat it in like 20-30 hours, depending on how much side stuff you do, and it is such a weird experience like no other.

I’m slowly puttering through a PS3 backlog of ancient times. I just finished, or rather got to the final boss of FFXIII-2, banged me face against him for a couple of hours, and then went and watched the ending on Youtube instead. It’s a weird game, better than the first in ways, but has some completely different

Because I always fly at crappy hours, I love getting Popeye’s spicy chicken on the biscuit for breakfast in Terminal B of Hartsfield.  It’s nothing special or amazing, but it makes me wish you could get breakfast at a regular Popeye’s.

I honestly never thought anybody pronounced it any other way than EN.EE.ESS until I stumbled across nesticle years later.

This would be a neat feature if it would ever recommend anything near where I actually live, but instead it insists on showing me stuff 30+ miles away.
