My grandfather had a love of overalls, camo ones, no undershirt, flip-flops, trucker hat, even to weddings and funerals. I have a deep hatred of overalls to this day.

It’s an expensive monitor, retailing for $999

I say, “Yup, bought that one on a Steam/PSN sale as well, and now it’s doomed to remain forever in my backlog. I suppose I’ll get to it after the kid graduates from college and I have spare time again. Is it any good? Maybe I’ll move it up the list so I can play it before I die.”

I’m with you. I’ve backed something like 65 projects. Half were helping web-comic artists get some physical books made, and the other half were video games. Phoenix and Unsung are pretty much the only two truly bad decisions on there.

It didn’t used to bother me either until I started doing the Southwest orderly line for a few years, and then once I got used to it, going back to the other way bugs the heck out of me. But yeah, the idiots just standing in the way don’t help at all and that still happens no matter who you fly.

Oh man, I had a couple of ladies do that to me once. Except that they then proceeded to talk over me the entire two hour flight. That was awkward and uncomfortable, more so because I put my headphones on, pulled out my book, and ignored the fuck out of them.

You’re so right about their “special status” boarding. It’s pretty ridiculous in how it negates the whole point of any kind of boarding procedure.

Yeah, my kid is 8 with no attention span. We don’t get to board early, but I sure wouldn’t want to wish her on anybody else if somehow she had to sit by herself. Thankfully I’m well versed in SWA enough to have the app and an alarm to make sure I check in 24 hours ahead.

So initially I hated the SWA way because it was harder to book a seat I wanted, and I hated them taking over Airtran in Atlanta, but I’ve come to love it. Before you get on the plane, they have a very specific way they make you line up, and it’s fairly organized. On the other hand, I had to fly Delta the other day,

Oh god, Good Luck Charlie is leaving. My seven year old is going to flip her shit.

Vultures worked out because Grohl took his place in the back on drums where he shines, and Jones has always kind of chilled in the back. That being said, it’s weird that I don’t listen to that album more, and always go straight to Warsaw when I do. That jam...

It’s like a more current version of Serial Experiment: Lain. I get the exact same vibes.

Their actual coffee is pretty terrible. It’s over brewed with too many grounds, so it’s much much too bitter. And I normally like black coffee. If my wife drags me to SB for whatever reason, I get the Americano, which is basically the espresso mixed with hot water instead of milk, which makes it like a buck fifty

Heh, so on a funny note, I got my 300 today. Apparently it’s the wee tiny travel mouse version of the 400S. It would have the standard Logitech hump if I had tiny little kid hands. Now I know. I guess it’ll go in my laptop bag. It’s got a nice hefty feel to it though for its size.

Heh, so you can ignore a lot of what I said per this particular mouse. I got mine via Prime today. It does have the Logitech form factor. It’s also apparently the wee tiny little travel mouse size so unless you have tiny hands, I wouldn’t use it as a daily driver. I think I’ll look into a G400S next time I see

Yup, New Balance, a size too big, here as well. Of course, my shoe collection basically consists of a pair of New Balance tennis shoes and a pair of OTB (also owned by New Balance) combat boots that I fake as dress shoes when nobody’s really looking. My wife keeps trying to buy me sandals every time we go to the

Huh, wonder if they’re moving away from the humpy feel that I consider mostly synonymous with their mice. Oh wells then. I ordered one of these up top, will see how it feels.

I’m using an MX518 right now in fact here at work. It would be perfect if all the rubber weren’t nasty and dry rotting off of it. I actually used the G400's original form and it felt good but fell apart after a year or so. I assume that’s why it was quickly replaced with the S model. That’s when I went to the

I can’t comment on this particular mouse, but the difference between Logitech and Razer to me can basically be summed up in whether you’re more comfortable holding a softball (Logitech) or palming a basketball (Razer). Logitechs have more of a hump and Razers are more flat. I went from Logitech to Razer and it took
