EAS messages aren’t visible anywhere on my phone after the alert period, and on every phone I’ve used, they override system volume.
The SPLC labels anyone it doesn’t agree with politically as a hate group, essentially equating them with the KKK. The SPLC is not a “legit” organization.
I agree. However, it almost feels like this article (and others like it) are, in fact, encouraging us to force kids into a box. I’m afraid we may be going to far to where someone who my generation would classify as a tomboy would now be almost forced into a classification or being trans.
Don’t get me wrong, I support everyone’s freedom to chose and do whatever they want. But when you deal with children you can’t suppose what they know and what they are thinking.
Parents who use hormone-blockers on their children are committing abuse. So are those parents whose children want to use hormone-blockers but refuse to.
That sounds like no fun at all
And when did Lifehacker stop offering tips and start telling the reader what to do?
Oh good, because with that attitude about criticism you never make it very far as a writer. OR, you can take another look at your work and ask yourself if I have a point.
Really wasn’t anything rude about that comment. This whole article was just to say “tip more” and was therefore not the best read. No need to take it personally.
You spent 4 bullet points basically saying “tip more” each time. Do you get paid by the word?
