Big two for me are: Stays in left lane when somebody behind them obviously wants to pass them, and cannot maintain a consistent speed. (In fairness I’m not good at the latter, but I just use my cruise control.)
I keep reading these speed running article’s thinking that I will find them interesting .. .but keep not. I just don’t get how this is fun for people, but to each their own. Maybe one day I’ll stop clicking on these articles.
