There is NOTHING worse than being the only/one of few sober person(s) in a room of drunken idiots. Nothing.

I remember reading an article ages ago where he said that leaving for New Zealand to shoot the Lord of the Rings-trilogy at eighteen and more or less not coming back to Hollywood until he was in his twenties probably helped him grow up to be relatively well adjusted.

Depends on how you feel about people throwing house parties where 13 year olds are mingling with grown men. Not saying he raped anyone, but being complicit isn’t so great.

It’s way too early on a Monday for me to fall into a google hole, but I believe part of the Polanski abuse took place at Nicholson’s house. He’s pretty high up on the list of celebs that were complicit in those events. Also, I remember reading once that he beat the shit out of Anjelica Huston.
