I know you may not need to have an allergy to have a reaction to nightshades, but you can have an intolernce to them and just feel better not eating them.

Eh, I’ve been on a similar eating plan after a recomendation from my neurologist (based on a book by Haylie Pomeroy). My migraines have gone away (knock on wood), my skin looks better, and my keratosis pilaris is all gone. I still indulge once in a while, but i really do feel good. It is more expensive, but then…
