Despite my years of protest, I finally gave in and made a Pinterest account for keeping recipes. I have different boards for different types of food (sweet, savory, meat-less) and a private board for what I'm making this week. I was amazed at how easy it was to get everything organized. Plus, it makes sharing recipes

I don't plan to live that long.

Always buy new:

Warby Parker (warbyparker.com)

I do occasional batches of calligraphy for wedding invitations and the like on the side. My rates are priced by the item (starting at $1 per addressed envelope in simple italic letters), which works out to about $20-$40 per hour.

I still can't figure out if I should be offended by this comment :-)

Logitech's tablet keyboards are some of the most comfortable and natural-feeling I've used with a tablet. You'll still find yourself hunching to type, but at least your arms and wrists won't be uncomfortable. The keyboards themselves are fairly firm and the keys give good response, so you can actually use it like you

I can appreciate this article, to a point. I have two cats, and I frequently have people drop in my house — that have allergies to pet hair. Pet hair doesn't bother me, but I definitely try to make sure that we pick up and keep the cat hair at bay so that my guests don't feel uncomfortable. I don't OMGCLEAN every day,

I like them better than most wedding/engagement photos which I swear to god ALL LOOK THE SAME.

I sell Mary Kay and I often offer to do the makeup for friends' weddings for free. (No I don't make people sit through a sales pitch). Someone's mom thought this was sooo tacky and that they should go to a salon. Then she found out how much money I was saving everyone.

Just for you.

In my college years I ate a lot of ramen, and didn't really mind it, because I would buy vegetables and meat (especially if I could get them on sale) and add them to the soup. Then I realized that the ramen was the worst part of the meal, so I ditched it, and instead used soba noodles, which I could get in large

I actually enjoy mowing and snowblowing. I'm an engineer so I make it a game to try and find the most efficient way to get the job done by trying out different pathing techniques.

Paying someone else to change the oil and service my car.

So I can repeatedly hit my head on the door and shins on the drawers? No thanks... :-)
