If you want to attempt to sleep soon after take off, but don't want to miss the meal, it often helps to have ordered a special meal ahead of time. Those are usually the first ones to get distributed to passengers.

The fan shape of the graphic is terrible from an information design perspective — the difference of spacing distorts the relative completeness of HTML5/CSS3 support between the browsers. A simple orthogonal grid would have greatly improved the legibility of the information.

Looks like a useful service, but considering how most companies try to lower costs where they can, I wonder how appealing a product called "Expensify" would be to them.

Excellent advice about researching the company thoroughly, although Richard Bolles has been saying this for the past 40 years in his perennially valuable What Color Is Your Parachute?, a book which really every person looking for a job should have.

@Patrick Hogan: Green bell peppers are actually just unripe red or yellow bell peppers. If they haven't been picked too terribly early, they will usually ripen at room temperature after several days. It's generally recommended to keep them in a paper bag for this.

@consumermann: Take a look again: "you can choose to encrypt your entire USB drive or specific files up to 2GB in size"

VOTE: KeePass

@blaszta: Here's how to set up GParted as a bootable USB drive:

@glaeven: Oooh, thanks for pointing this one out — looks great!

@Plasibo: Libra was very much like delicious — you could even use your webcam as a barcode scanner with it. Unfortunately, it's no longer being developed, but you might still find the last version available somewhere.

@awh: Looks pretty nice — will give it a go...

This could be nice, but I've had great success with GParted booted from a USB drive. Works for any OS, as well.

I'm a big fan of PureText, too. This lets you paste text without formatting regardless of the applications used.

One absolutely essential function missing from Ultimate Windows Tweaker which was on TweakUI is activation of the X-Mouse setting.

@SenorValasco: Hopefully only in the privacy of your own home... ;o)

I love pouring gobs of maple syrup on a big bowl of vanilla ice cream in order to make it "healthy."

@codyflee: Silly me. When searching to see if a tweak utility was available, I remembered that I had already installed one several months ago. It's not official, but it does a great deal and is free: [www.thewindowsclub.com]

Very happy with it, though I'm really looking forward to an official tweak utility.

The online Sistine Chapel is truly one of the absolute gems of the entire internet — not only for the (of course) wondrous frescoes, but also for the utterly minimal webdesign. This is precisely what a browser's full-screen mode is designed for.

I'm a big fan of [Drop.io] and Dropbox. For sharing very large files, however, I've also found Sendspace to work extremely well.
