I dunno, he seems well intentioned. Granted he was trying to be twee, and I'm not one to encourage that sort of thing, but on the whole you don't have to extend much benefit of the doubt to see he's he's trying to be affirming and on the right side here.

It comes down to money because money = amplification. If you drowned out the other message you never have to respond to the fact that pretty much everyone in your campaign staff is under investigation by the FBI and at this point it's an open secret you are too. If you drowned out the other message you can boast

So much disappointing about today. First I missed the transit of Venus because of clouds, then my optimism regarding the recall was dashed.

How about Thomas Daggett at the beginning of The Prophesy II?

I would watch that on repeat until my eyes bled.

Yeah, the wallpaper, ceiling, and wardrobe-unit thing (who's name I've never been able to translate directly into English) all reminded my of my wife's flat in Latvia.

So that little blurb about Edwards totally makes a number of James Bond moves seem less ridiculous.

I'd suggest the civil liberties arguments are valid, and we should engage in those debates also, as they apply to unarmed and armed UAV's. My point is until UAV's have sufficient situational awareness armed UAV's would represent a clear danger to civilian populations and cannot be responsibly deployed armed under any

Oh, most likely soon than most people expect (or not in our lifetime, that seems to be how these things go - but the solution space seems reasonably large so smart money is on soon), but until it happens armed police drones are a terrible idea for situational awareness reasons alone.

As I understand from my friends in the USAF, we're still a long way from the situational awareness that you describe. This is the reason we don't field UAV's for close air support on the battle field; the pilots describe piloting a UAV as flying through a soda straw. We'll get there eventually, no doubt, but the

Wait, we don't already know why K is so dry and unemotional? That was a pretty major plot point in the first MIB movie, what with joining the alien police and giving up any chance at a loving relationship and all. Considering how MIB 2 broke previously established conventions I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

Gracious, there's a tempest in this teapot!

My prediction: philately

That was my thought too. Doesn't the name triceratops have precedence, even if it is a bit of a misnomer (and a Latin misnomer at that)?

It has been argued that while the physics challenges are harder in a He3 burning system, the engineering challenges are much less as the neutron loading on the reactor is much less.

The solar wind density is listed here:

I've read projections that suggest it would take a few centuries for humanity to exhaust the Moon's readily extractable He3, but the gas giants have enough to last millennia.

The potential energy density of He3 is much higher than any energy storage method yet conceived. That's what makes the He3 so potentially valuable. The best bet is separating and liquefying the He3 on the Moon and launching it back to Earth in tanks.

It appears it is not as clear as that:

Thanks!
