Thats a bullshit statement. They had to go quiet because everything they posted was immediately bombarded with hate. Instead, they went radio silent and put their focus on the game. From what I've played, it's going to turn around. The Cataclysm event is pretty awesome. 

I preferred BioWare’s radio silence. They release a tidbit and people are back at crapping all over the game. They don’t even play anymore. I think I’ve been bothered more by the player base (fans) than any of the issues the game ever had.

Use the LFG feature (Xbox) and be specific in your posse criteria. I’ve run 7 man possies from day one and I’ve had nothing but a great time. I've mentioned the honourable aspect every time and I've had a great group every time. So much so that I've been going to bed at 6am since launch. ALSO remember, this is a BETA.
