I don’t think you’ve fully considered that a reboot would be Totally In Your Face. 

My wife and i kind of fell down the True Crime rabbit hole for a bit there and season 1 of this show killed that interest. Interesting premise squandered and stretched over too many episodes. 

Yeah, Avalanche was the episode where it really snapped into place for me too. The one about the carnival later that season was also a favorite. 

Ghost, with Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze, was an unexpected smash at the box office over the summer of 1990. It went on to be nominated for five Academy Awards, including a best supporting actress win for Whoopi Goldberg

Also, it was the late 70s and any flash in the pan that caught even a ripple of fame was given their own prime time variety special sponsored by All of the Cocaine. These things were a dime a dozen back then. 

Sorry but in this reality all we get is Arthur Branch telling Jack to kill the case because the constitution doesn’t explicitly prohibit sexual assault. :(

In every iteration of the game I’ve played, no matter how good my character, I have patiently staked out a spot out of view of the guards and sniped the shit out of the raving priest in Whiterun.

Yep. He creates this charismatic, complex, compelling lead character to build the show around, gets mad when people like him, spends the latter half of the series beating us over the head that he’s terrible, then gets mad when people “okay well maybe Tony is an asshole”. 

This is that classic passive aggressive shit he pulled when the show was on that I couldn’t stand. He spent the last season rubbing our nose in how awful Tony was in reaction to people rooting for him, then he gets mad when people do want Tony to pay for his actions.

Chase used to say “It’s all there” in response to questions about what happened, and so this is the stance I’ve had about it too. I mean, yeah, he probably does get killed, but I always took that cut to black as it didn’t matter if it happened there or down the line. Right before, he finds out that someone in his crew…
