It really was! Gwyneth has a long and probably hard-to-fit torso (I remember noticing during a bathing suit scene in The Talented Mr. Ripley that her breasts start unusually far below her collarbone), but geez, it’s not like she can’t afford custom tailoring on the bodice.

Definitely watch Seasons 1-3 (which originally aired from 2004-2007) before watching the Hulu Season 4 continuation! You will absolutely want the backstory.

I saw the whole cast at a PaleyFest reunion panel right before the movie came out. Kristen said she was freezing (because the Dolby Theater had the AC cranked) and Jason gallantly gave her her jacket. Sorry to hear he’s an ass to normal people!
