Agreed.  There's plenty of blame to go around for these shows, which are no better or worse than 90% of all other TV programming.

Know what else would be good?  Hunger Games.  And It's kinda like a Japanese movie that's already been made, so it's bound to succeed!

Serling delivers commercial messages from Chesterfield at the ends of some of the episodes on DVD.  Not a bad pitchman considering how much I specualte he resented the task.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's directorial debut features himself as a sex addict and Scarlett Johanssen as his love interest.  Brave casting, there.

Actually, according to IMDB, it was a recording of a stage performance from long ago.  Cute little moppet, he used to be.

As a youngster Stoltz was also in a tv film prodeuction of Our Town I had to watch in school.  He stole my 9th grade English teacher's heart.

Also stars Ron Howard's brother in perhaps his best non-voice-over performance ever.

Mountain Goat face is gone!!!  Thank you VHS or Beta, whoever you are!

The only graphics not presently making my brain hurt are the faraway monochromatic shots of VHS or Beta, and the blank space in the top-right portion of the A Different World ensemble photo.

They must have played Greensboro, Erie, or Buffalo by now.

Alas, Mountain Goat face is still on the front page.  When will this nightmare end?

Couldn't this have been in the video section, knocking the picture of the Mountain Goats lead singer off the front page forever and ever? That face has been enraging me for the better part of a month.
