I guess gm wanted to save costs in the wrong area and decided part commonality was more important than ease of use. BRAVO to Ford for staying with the excellent and functional suicide-style doors on the extra .. er, super cab models. Those mini doors on GM and Ram extra cabs sure look stupid now.
