Am I the only one who only experienced the skyhook kill at the very beginning and no other "execution" styled kill? It was only until after I beat the game that I learned about it, so I tried to actually perform one, but I never could.

And that's the mentality at EA about SimCity, and it's a negative one to have.
I'm convinced this was DLC, but Ubisoft had "high ambitions" (read: they threw all the wet noodles at the wall, and used it, regardless if they actually stuck), and had enough content to make a full game.
He hasn't worked for Activision in nearly three years. What the hell does your comment have to do with any of this?
