I checked and have bought one thing there years ago and had a $10 credit to bring me back. But you can't apply the credit if you use Paypal - which I find totally shady as I feel at least a bit protected by Paypal, even though they stink in general if you ever have an issue with them.

Target Mobile is the sticking point. Closest one to me is 7 states away. Upon further review, the only state that the Target website shows as having a Mobile is South Carolina. If anyone has any luck with a store that doesn't have a Mobile Kiosk (as the rules state) let me know. Thanks!
