Nowhere in this article did you, the author, use the word “rape” to describe what happened to the child. You called it “sex”. Even ignoring that children cannot consent to sex, that she attempted suicide clearly indicates she was not engaging in something she wanted to do.

I’m pretty sure she’s tired of everyone jumping on her right now for something that may not have even been her decision, considering this is the Nth recent article to do this. Writing articles is hard enough without having to deal with a bunch of people screaming about word choice on an article as horrible as this.

Her reasons for removing the word “rape” from the article and headline:
