Ouch, I’m sorry that yours is a good car. Mine is a $750 beater, so a small dent in the roof really didn’t affect the value at all.
Not likely. Most insurance doesn’t cover off road use. And I don’t expect that these guys did the research to find a policy that does. They don’t seem like the type to plan ahead and prepare for contingencies.
