Lowey did not design the 53 Starliner! It was Robert Burke. Lowey only gets the credit because he was the leader of the design team, but Burke created the Starliner when Lowey was in France. Lowey had absolutely no influence on the initial design.

Yes. I’m in banking, but if I did my exact same job in Kentucky, (as opposed to Chicago), I would be making about $20,000 less each year. The South is poor and jobs are hard to find, so the employer has the advantage there.
