Richard Simmons is the sweetest guy. My mother is the author of a bunch of beach-read/comedy crime books. They sell well and she has great fan base but she never thought that a celebrity was reading them.

Inspired is way different from copying. The guy stole her artwork and claimed it as his own. It’s BS to claim it’s found work whatever the hell that means. He found it through a Google image search.
Just another entry in the long-established history of male artists stealing the work of female artists, who are also inherently less visible due to the structure of the art world as a whole.
