Apparently there’s a deleted scene where Ally’s father and his friends, inspired by Sinatra, pull an old man, Ocean’s Eleven-style heist and lead police on a dangerous car chase through the streets of downtown LA. Ally’s father is ordered to surrender but lights a cigar, picks up his rifle, and screams at the police…

And they’re still going to come out of all of this believing they’re the victims.

I really liked it, and it’s 100% down to Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively.  I was super impressed by some of the scenes with Blake Lively that I can’t talk about because of spoilers.

I didn’t see it as mocking. I found him incredulous and exasperated, which is how I felt when I heard about the Comey firing.

What was illuminating to me was that he straight up admitted to a substance abuse problem. So once again #teamjolie is justified
