No. Not really. Prices are roughly similarly high all over Europe, and you only see many electric cars (or even hybrids) in places where they're heavily subsidized. Where hybrids aren't stimulated very strongly people buy diesel powered vehicles as they're considerably more economical than gasoline powered cars.…
