How dare Terri Gross ask questions relating to the autobiography you’re doing press for? THE NERVE!

Which is why I thought it was a fair question. Terry Gross wouldn’t have even bothered to broach the subject if it wasn’t relevant to why Abby was there.

That’s Terry’s thing. She researches the crap out of you and naturally goes where the interview goes. Her goal is insight.

I’m the same age and a lesbian and I get asked that question a lot. Mostly by heterosexuals trying to honestly trying to understand my experiences in life.

I think it’s a fair question to ask. Not all of us lesbians are gold star lesbians. I can only speak from me and my circle’s experiences but for a lot of us, that relationship with a male (no matter how far it progresses) is part of the process of knowing and understanding what feels right or realising who you are.

How fucking hard is it for you to understand that Simone got a waiver because ADHD MEDICATION DOESN’T ACT LIKE A STIMULANT FOR THOSE DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD.

My arguments are not silly and you are just dismissing them because you are conflating fact with your misguided opinion.

GOT this season was pretty awesome especially after how boring the previous season was. They submitted Battle of the Bastards for consideration I’m just not surprised that it won.

I bet you a hundred dollars that script described the scene as

Awesome, I had no idea that shows on television had to planned out before broadcast. I thought that all shows were shot on iPhones and thrown on the air all willy nilly.

Twinja is way more fun 😀

You cite the legal responsibility to show up to court while championing the option of not? In the same thread? Okay lol

Yup, they do. The judge can refer you to a variety of different routes including legal aid and a network of pro bono lawyers- assuming you show up.

What precedent do you have to cite? Dismissal of a lawsuit is always a possibility. As for your assertion that replying to a lawsuit is an option- that’s crap. It’s a responsibility. You have the option to ignore it but that never negates the consequences of that action.

I never said that he appeals usually work lol but geez, at least try.

I totally understand what you are saying. I am just incredibly annoyed by anyone who refuses to do simple tasks (for whatever reason) and not realising that evading responsibilities always makes things way worse.

Yes but showing up tell the judge, hey- I can’t afford a lawyer doesn’t hurt a thing.

But if it was a civil case and the letter to appear never showed up at his residence.....it may be a legit reason even though we all know that he was aware unless he moved to a desert island without internet.

If that was the case, nothing is stopping him from calling the court to explain his situation and let them know he was unaware.

All he had to do was show up and saw I have no money and no prospects for future money. I can’t afford a lawyer. The judge would have either dismissed or assigned him a pro bono lawyer....something.
