Because of the nature of rights to X-Men ... Fox can technically sue Marvel just for saying a character is a “mutant” ...hence the “Age of Miracles” and other side steps. This is also why there is ZERO X-Men merchandising and the cancelled F4 reboot (Fox owns characters but Marvel has some creative license) ...because…
