I've always found this discussion pointless.

I am admittedly a purist so I simply ignore anything beyond the first 3 SHs. Also Yamaoka-san's is one of the factors that make Silent Hill what it is (was, actually). But this one is looking good. And sounding good. Very SH-esque but definitely not Yamaoka.

Hope that wikileaks document stating that he's HIV positive is fake.
