In a better timeline, there’s a mini-Cybertruck version of this.
Think about state and federal incentives, though!
No way - the PT cruiser was the cheapest vehicle on the lot. There is no chance this thing is coming in at less than 60 grand
I could see one of these for sale in the dealership and still not believe they’re they’re actually making it. They've teased it for so long and in so many different forms that it will forever be vaporware to me even when I see them driving around on the open road. I think I was looking at concepts for this thing 20…
So are these cops gonna give the victims family a payout or nah?
Pigs got their adrenaline rush, which is all that matters.
Guy steals car. Police total the car and kill grandma. What was the point?
Interest rates and total amount paid over the life of the loan are not “reasonably complex”. They are literally written in prominent fonts on the papers you have to sign to purchase a vehicle.
When you buy a cellphone, do you expect it to work without paying for wireless service?
Opening the sunroof/convertible top is free.
I see your point - you’re right. They could have at least made the brakes bigger, I suppose. The carbon brake costs are WILD though. Aren’t the Porsche brakes half that cost? Also, driving with carbon brakes in regular traffic SUCKS. I drove a 911 with the carbon brake package and they were hot trash in the city and…
I may get some hate for saying this, but not every car needs to be built to handle track days. Sometimes it’s okay for your family sedan to not be able to handle ten consecutive 100-to-3omph stops. At $20k, skip the carbon brakes and just buy a used Miata. It’ll be more fun than tracking your Model S.
I can’t imagine a kei car is much worse than say any other older car. You can register a Geo Metro just fine, and I wouldn’t want to be in a crash with a Suburban in one of those. A 90's Civic isn’t exactly the most robust vehicle either.
See there is the thing in your statement. YOU dont really want to drive anything. And I am all for supporting your rights to not being forced to drive a car you feel is unsafe.
“I don’t really want to drive anything where my knees are the crumple zone,”
Hell if we’re talking safety, we might as well throw motorcycles in the mix too
People always scoff at me suggesting that bans on selling gas powered new cars will be followed in short order by bans on registering existing gas powered cars but here is your roadmap.
Pretty soon we’ll only be able to drive vehicles that are no more than 10 or 15 years old
so, it has nothing at all in common with a Jimney other than the name?
it is just a lifted EVERY with a minor body kit?
<still want one>
