On the one hand, there is not a whole lot in that trailer that sets the movie apart from countless other superhero movies (aside from the female hero, of course.) On the other hand, Gal Gadot CALMLY STEPPING OUT OF A TRENCH AND WALKING TO THE ENEMY LINES WHILE EASILY BLOCKING THEIR BULLETS.

I think this one conveys a neighborhood with some deep history and shows Luke’s optimism with regards to where he’s from. This show is going to be him fighting for his neighborhood and preserving that optimism and saving it from the likes of corrupt politicians, cops, and gangs. I think it portrays it nicely.

You know what? The movie is boring as fuck but I love Batman in this! Cold hearted scary ass motherfucking killer, even Alfred is in on it.
