If you do a fresh 90 (from level 1), all profession skills stay a level zero. If you level a toon to 60, then your two profession skills get boosted to the max 600, along with First Aid to 600. Your choice. Some folk would indeed rather go 1 - 90 so that's fine, too.

Well, this does need to be said. If you ever get to drink on-tap (draft) in its homeland (or even in the EU), Heineken tastes pretty damn good, as does Guiness, etc. Something about bottles that just leaves something out. (Sam Adams Boston Lager on tap is just WAY better than the bottled stuff.)
