Just here to say that Glen Ford of the Black Agenda Report passed away.  He was 71.

In 2020 there were about 2 people killed per day in Chicago vs the 5 killed during the attempt to overthrow the government. Terrorists attacks tend to be a big deal compared to everyday run of the mill violence.

I’m glad she was able to do what she needed to do to keep herself safe instead of being forced to continue as others have in the past. She's already done amazing things for the sport and has plenty to be proud of.

And Biles has competed while injured. This whole thing is total madness. If any athlete has displayed mental strength, it's Simone Biles.
