Aside from openly challenging Jon, I think she plays the game pretty smart actually. I think its easy to forget what the characters know vs what the audience knows.

He's a bit of a moron in the books as well to be fair. Ned stark drilled that whole "honour over intellegence" into him pretty well.

I mean you're totally right about the lack of confirmation. And I don't think anybody is forcing you to read their interactions as such.

I know I was confused as well. I thought the middle story was one of the more affecting stories told this ep.

What the what!? I've never really liked Scooby do. Even as a kid. But Is it weird that that dark storyline though makes me want to watch it now?

I thought he said something like each bullet his factory makes is a prayer? I read it like The town was his Mecca, the factory his temple. But essentially every gun firing his bullets was a prayer to him. Every death a sacrifice to him.

I actually read that in Underwoods voice. Seemed legit.
