If you're not having a problem getting 2-3 mortgages a year at good enough rates to make money on flips, I'd say you're more than fine!!

If you close a credit card, that’s going to have a temporary negative impact on your score because you’re down a line of credit and your total credit available has decreased. When you pay off a loan, your score should be totally groovy and good. Pulling your credit for a new loan or credit card only impacts your score…

I have never tried to have a high credit score but I have always paid my bills on time, never carried a balance on my credit card, etc and I have a score over 800. I have definitely done things like closing credit cards and whatnot that have likely dinged it but who really cares when it’s still in the excellent…

I love front-engine Ferraris. Mid-engine sports cars are fine and dandy, but they’ve never really inspired me the way front-engine fast cars do. Long hoods and short cabins are just sexy.
