Agreed. Part of the reason people could afford to live on a single income with mostly domestic production 60 years ago is because they simply didn’t have as much crap back then. And the stuff they did have was made to last.

Some states mandate that non-DOT approved lights have covers on them, even if they’re off. I haven’t yet decided if I’ll leave the covers on or not.
just get rid of the whole things, it’s terrible. It does not compete well with anything in the EV crossover class. Bad range, slow charging, slow 0-60, no storage (No frunk or glovebox?!?) it’s just not a good vehicle.
