Honda S2000. A completely pristine, low mileage model can be had for under $20k. Its not crazy fast at all but if you care about feel and sound and just overall driving enjoyment, you cant beat this car for the price. $20k gets you one with under 50k miles. $15k for around 75k miles and still spectacular condition
