These are not body of frame vehicles so the term “frame damage” doesn’t really apply.  You can have small damages in the unibody that can be easily fixed on most vehicles that might be an issue on the EV.  I think the biggest issue is people are afraid to work on them.  If there was more education on how to work on

Road Rash 3 of the racing game that I lived by as a kid, it was amazing.

That might be true.  I am luck and mostly charge at work unless I’m taking a longer trip on a weekend.  So most of my charging is free (to me)

Just because your electric is almost 4 times the national average doesn’t mean the math doesn’t work for everyone that buys an electric car. I pay Just under $0.11 per kWh so my EV makes perfect sense. You’re also comparing an EV to a hybrid, not an EV to a ICE vehicle so your results are not the norm for most of

I paid sticker for the Maverick ($32,400 ish). I paid $53,990 for the Model 3 Performance, and I will get the rebate when I file my taxes next year

I waited 11 months for a Maverick Hybrid (Lariat) and it was worth the wait. It was of nicer quality than I was expecting and I was averaging 44mpg on the highway as well. Unfortunately someone lost control on the highway and slammed into it and it was a total loss.

Ordered my Model 3 Performance last weekend, right after the price drop and should take delivery by Feb 12th. Super excited to get it! This will be my first EV after waiting a year for a Hybrid Maverick that someone smashed into and totaling it after only having it for 3 months.

This is a great option!

Unless they don’t want something that is 20ft long and doesn’t fit in most standard garages.  Other than that, it’s a good choice.

Picked up my new Maverick Lariat in July, after waiting 11 months for it. 4 months later someone lost control next to me in a construction zone and totaled the truck.

Macan won’t get  you much more room than the X3.  More fun but not more space.

I agree, and I really think that they will offer two transmission options on this one. We will see when they release it.

Hold out for the 2023 Pilot, it fits the bill and it sounds like you’re a Honda fan.  It will be worth the wait.

Good news is you have many many years worth of cars to buy that don’t have those features.

I hope the 2024 Prologue is the first vehicle that gets pieces parts of this new 360 system. Can’t wait for Honda to get into the fully electric game finally.

My poster car was the 1992 Dodge Viper. It was a concept car come to life and it was amazing.

Elio Motors have actual driving cars too....

CVT only is a bummer but this is an economy car so I get it.  The front is pleasant looking but the back looks like a Chevy Cruze hatch.

Subaru SVX. The weird Subaru coupe where only half of the window went down. Not something you see much of anymore, if ever!

One of my favorite 90s Japanese cars ever.  Loved these things!!
