I would dip my toe in the 6 series pool for this.  I would regret it but I would do it.  NP for now, check back in 12 months to see if I’ve sold my house to pay for repairs yet.

Intersting thoughts.  I was thinking of running the gauges  out of the car that the engine came out of but 2 ECUs might be easier than modifying the dash to make it all fit and trying to make it look factory.  I will have to look into that.

Only considering it because I already have access to the engine and trans.  I think this would be one of the coolest things to put it in.

Been contemplating getting one and going an engine and trans swap to a 2.ot and 6 speed.  Would be an amazing daily driver and the ultimate sleeper!
