I want something like a 2019 Accord sedan, that looks like a 2019 Accord sedan. That can drive 350 miles on a charge and still have a full size trunk. And I want to pay the same price as a 2019 Accord ($30-$35k). Once they look the same and cost the same and have the same storage as the ICE equivalent there will be

They don’t have a problem selling them, in fact there are waiting lists for a lot of models. Also, most services don’t require removing the engine. Taking off the exhaust and bumper (which are designed to be easily and quickly removed) will give you access to most things. Sure it might sound like a huge project to you

Except for the hybrid or fuel efficient part yes, I wouldn’t be mad having one.

Well I think that last part could be a very good possibility.  The first part?  Not so much

Agreed. Would make great govt fleet vehicles to go with the new Hybrid Explorer they are building.

I second that build.

This is something I could get behind if they bring out an AWD Hybrid version and its not $50k.  They need to hurry up though, the lease on my F150 is up in November!

Just saw the ad last night on Food Network. This must be one of the “local markets” they are still working on removing.

The Honda Element has a strange story. When it was released it was marketed to the young surfer kids that could throw their boards inside and hose it out when they got home because it had rubber floors. Turns out the demographic that actually bought them was a lot older crowd and to their surprise the handicap. With

People actually out driving these things makes me happy

I don’t hate it as much as I should.  If all the trim was blacked out I would like it even more.

They spent $120k in marketing.  They will get their monies worth out of people coming to look at it.

Why not confiscate plates when a vehicle fails inspection.  They get them back when they have made the repairs needed to pass the safety inspection.  That will keep those vehicles off the road.

I would buy it still. Easier than putting the car seats on the roofrack

Not yet, rumor is we will get it in a few years.  Maybe 2023?  Noing the US market they will lift it and give it a 3rd row though...

It’s early 2019.  Honda, please come take my money now.

Please Please PLEASE make this.

To be fair I have had many “sealed” bottles of water full of booze when traveling so maybe they thought you were me??

This is for customer who wants a Civic Type R but is 45 and doesn’t want the same car as his son.
